When you contact Family Matters Mediation, we will briefly discuss your situation, explain how mediation works in your specific context, and if both parties are willing, send you a Client Registration Form before your first session.
We are happy to answer questions about whether mediation is suitable for your matter, what agreements you may need, or how the process works under South African law.

Sessions are available Monday to Thursday. Flexible scheduling is offered where possible. Evening appointments may be available on request, please indicate this in your message above.
